Assistant Professor of Health Science Mathematics & Statistics
The Health Sciences Division at Lebanon Valley College is seeking applicants for the position of assistant professor of health science mathematics & statistics starting in August 2025.? This is a full-time, 9 month, 3-year renewable position.? The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in statistics with an emphasis on applications in health sciences, and related fields. The position will also include oversight of a quantitative reasoning resource center to support student success. Other responsibilities may include assisting with recruitment and retention of students in the health sciences, and coordination with the Center for Academic Success and Exploration. The successful candidate will hold a master’s degree and have classroom teaching experience. Assistant Professor of Education
The Education Department at Lebanon Valley College is seeking applicants for the position of assistant professor of education.? This is a full-time, 9 month, 3-year renewable position.? The position will include oversight of the secondary education certification program in 7 content areas, teaching undergraduate education courses, academic advising, accreditation efforts, and supervising candidates in field/student teaching experiences. Other responsibilities may include assisting with recruitment and retention of students in the education program, continued alignment with PDE standards and expectations and other administrative work to continue to uphold the excellence of the program. The successful candidate will bring expertise in secondary pedagogy along with content specific skills in an area of STEM education, English or History. Assistant Professor of Nursing
The Lebanon Valley College Department of Nursing invites applications for a full-time, nine-month, renewable, assistant professor of nursing faculty position.? Faculty provide classroom and/or clinical/laboratory instruction for students including the coordination, preparation, and presentation of course materials and the evaluation of student progress. Integral to the position is the implementation of the College’s philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes, and course objectives through classroom, clinical teaching, and service to the college, health system and community.?Primary responsibilities include teaching in the undergraduate nursing program with a focus on fundamentals and health assessment course content for the nursing curriculum, student advisement, and service engagement to the Department, College, and community.? Minimum qualifications include at least one graduate degree in Nursing with significant teaching experience; a doctoral degree in Nursing, Education or a related healthcare field is preferred, a minimum of two years recent direct care clinical nursing experience, competence in clinical area of teaching responsibilities, prior record of excellence in teaching, preferably in pre-licensure nursing education, a commitment to the assessment of learning outcomes, and a current, unencumbered Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license.

Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice
The Lebanon Valley College Department of Social Sciences invites applications for the position of assistant professor of Criminal Justice.? This is a full-time, nine-month, tenure-track position, beginning in August 2025. Responsibilities include teaching a broad variety of undergraduate courses in criminal justice and criminology.? Candidates should have an excellent record of teaching, a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice or a closely related field (ABD’s will be considered but the doctorate must be completed before starting date), a demonstrated ability to teach at the undergraduate level, and the ability to work with diverse populations on a campus committed to inclusive excellence. Additional responsibilities include maintaining regular office hours, attending faculty and department meetings, advising students and assisting in the recruiting and retention of students.

Assistant/Associate Professor of Exercise Science- Biomechanics
The Lebanon Valley College Department of Exercise Science invites applications for the position of assistant/associate professor of exercise science. This full-time, nine-month, renewable appointment, may be eligible for conversion to tenure-track. Responsibilities include teaching in the CAAHEP-accredited?exercise science program and exercise science courses, such as biomechanics, testing and prescription, and/or strength and conditioning. Additional responsibilities include student advisement, an active research agenda in exercise science or related fields, and service engagement to the department, college, and community. Qualifications include a doctoral degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or closely related field; NSCA or ACSM preferred. ABD candidates will be considered.
